Rectum 西裝別針 - Bringing up the Rear

This little guy is the perfect conversation starter—I've had multiple people ask about it on my bag. The enamel detail is crisp and clean, making it look far nicer than you'd expect for a joke pin. A great gag gift for anyone with a twisted sense of humor.

The enamel details are surprisingly crisp for such a tiny pin, and it sits nicely on my work bag without feeling flimsy. It’s a cheeky little conversation starter that makes the whole colorectal surgery topic a bit less heavy.

Finally got this pin to wear during my own recovery and it made me laugh every time I saw it peeking out of my jacket pocket. The enamel work is crisp and the colors match the photo exactly.
